Dubai Marina - 1 BHK Unique Apartment

Good Positive: Very modern and clean. Always received a response promptly and happy to help with any concerns. Good value. Good facilities available to use ie kitchen, tv, wifi etc. Easy access. Negative: Check in time was supposed to be 1400 but was unable to check in until 1600. We landed at 7:30am however ended up staying out in the day time till around half 4/5 due to this. Strong odour coming from drains in the apartment. Shower was leaking everytime it was used which required the use of a mop to push the water into the drain located in the bathroom. It seemed that owners were not aware of this fault however was happy to come and fix it as soon as made aware. No fault of the owners however neighbouring apartments always cooking food with unpleasant smells.
